Neighborhood Farm

This neighborhood has breath-taking natural meadow views, with adjacent open spaces and tails systems weaving through lush forested areas. Adding to the natural beauty are the Grand River and our man-made, freshwater lake, perfect for summer activities.  The natural topography of the neighborhood provides unending views of the spectacular Missouri sunsets.  The variety of homesite sizes and custom architecture will create a rural community feeling. A Home Owners Association will provide guidance to maintain the quality and character of this special Program.
