The Legacy Project
The Legacy Project first began as a prompting, a feeling, and a need to visit Northern Missouri near the land known as Adam-Ondi-Ahman. Although the “why” wasn’t clear at the time, Phil was influenced to visit the area many times until the inner peace confirmed that he was to purchase some land. He eventually purchased land near Adam-Ondi-Ahman adjacent to the Grand River from church-owned property that would become “The Legacy Project.”
Over the years, Phil acquired some 3,000 acres of land and carved out approximately 600 acres, the heart of the ranch, for his family legacy with three (3) goals in mind. 1) Create a stronger connection to the past, 2) have a place to gather that is surrounded by rich Church history; and 3) strengthen his future posterity with the hope of things to come .
Phil was then inspired to offer the same opportunity to other like-minded individuals who see the value of incorporating “The Legacy Project” into their family legacy. Today, Phil has developed the first area called “The Valley View Estates” for you to consider adding to your family legacy on this beautiful land.
